Orcas Center will present the perfect mid-summer theatrical treat, the Midnight Mystery Theatre performing whodunit radio plays on Saturday, July 12.

The Bellingham-based Midnight Mystery Theatre performs contemporary and “golden age” or whodunnit plays for the American Museum of Radio and Electricity in Bellingham. The group of nine actors includes former Orcas residents Jan and Stan Claussen and Judith Owens-Lancaster. Their performance at Orcas Center will be a drama from 1943 called “Thank You For Not Dying” that was originally aired on the old-time radio show, “Inner Sanctum Mysteries,” and two Sherlock Holmes parodies by Conan Doyle and John Dickson Carr.
