This Saturday, Nov. 30 is Orcas Island’s first Children’s Christmas Market.

Salmonberry School has donated their elementary classroom to host kids ages five to 15 selling hand-made crafts and foods. Over 20 tables will be selling items including personalized leather bracelets, beaded boxes, unique moustaches, baked goods and many more.

All items are priced 25 cents to $5 so a chance for kids and adults alike to find affordable gifts for all. The market will run from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. All proceeds stay with the sellers, admission is free.

Salmonberry School is across the lane from the Senior Center, so there is a chance to visit both Christmas markets in the same trip. If you are a child with a craft to sell, we still have a handful of tables left.
