Thanks to county road crew | Letter

I just wanted to say thank you to the county road department for all the great things they have accomplished this spring, especially the Orcas crew.

Our road was dust-sealed prior to June 1, what a treat to not eat the dust as well as a 75 percent decrease in car washes. The mowing along the roads as well as cutting back the foliage at the corners to increase visibility and the tree trimming and leaning branches over the roads is probably the best if seen in the fourteen years I’ve lived here. Thanks for the attention to detail, it makes the money spent seem worth it and I believe it will create a generally safer driving platform for all.
