St. Patty’s parade

The 20th annual St. Patrick’s Day parade will assemble on Tuesday, March 17 at 11:30 a.m. in the Island Market parking lot. Wear lots of green and bring your pets ­— no snakes. The Irish band will be with the group this year, thanks to Ken and Karen Speck and a Harvey family flat-bed truck. The celebration honors St. Patrick, those who are Irish, wish to be Irish and those who are grateful not to be Irish! SLAINTE!
