Dr. Shannon O’Brien will become the new Dean of Missoula College in Montana as of July 1.
O’Brien grew up on Orcas and graduated from Orcas High School in 1986. She has a degree in education from the University of Washington, a masters from Gonzaga and a doctorate from the University of Montana.
