Dr. Rosie Kuhn, author, life coach and longtime resident of Orcas Island is celebrating the release of her 13th book that just hit stores this past week.

“I’ve Arrived! Well, Sort Of: 101 Discoveries and Revelations Stumbled Upon While On the Sacred Path to Who Knows Where” tells the discoveries and revelations of Kuhn as she moves on her path toward, well, who knows where!

The author has been a resident of Orcas Island for 20 years and she is no stranger to the adventures life has to offer. Kuhn leans on her human experiences to put words to her pages. From her years spent studying psychology to her months spent crossing the Atlantic Ocean, she has learnt the value of reflecting on adventures of the human experience.

Kuhn says, “Whether you’re crossing the ocean or crossing the street, you’re on the hero’s journey.”

In this light hearted, spiritual self-help book Kuhn teaches how exercising and experimenting with leaps of faith can allow for the extraordinary to occur.

Orcas resident Heather Stansbury says, “Rosie Kuhn knows how to embrace the childish wonder and curiosity of spiritual exploration.” Another local, Marj Franke, says “This is not a book to be swallowed whole and set aside. It is to be slowly chewed and savored. You can drop in on any page, skip around, read a little or a lot and make notes.”

You can pick up a copy of the book at Darvill’s Bookstore and the Cottage Gift Shop on Orcas Island, as well as the Islands Studio in Friday Harbor. And you can order on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or any other online bookstore!
