County council to meet on Orcas next week

The San Juan County Council will meet on Monday, Feb. 7 at the Outlook Inn from 10 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.  Agenda items include: Public Hearing on an Ordinance Adopting Voter Precincts; Action on Clapp Easement; Solid Waste Management Update including Orcas Requests for Proposals.
