The public is invited to view an exhibition of paintings by The Orcas Palettes at the Orcas Island Senior Center from Aug. 4 until Aug. 27. The inspiration for this exhibit is to show the aspiring artist, and those who have already begun their creative journey, that they can explore art in many mediums and a variety of subject matter. The center is open Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
