Missing the Exchange | Letter

Been thinking. Been accumulating useful stuff. Been missing the Exchange. Seemed like a good thing. Seemed like a real Orcas thing. Seemed to work okay. Didn’t seem like a rocket science thing. Seems like the people of Orcas could (and would) reestablish the function of the Exchange within a few days. It’s really not a money thing. It really is an Orcas community thing. What’s the problem? Just asking.
