‘Coffee with Kari’ offers islanders on San Juan, Orcas and Lopez time with Council member Kari McVeigh

Council Chair and District 1 representative Kari McVeigh is hosting “Coffee With Kari” — an opportunity to ask questions, hear the latest county news and chat about what matters to locals. McVeigh will be hosting open house style meetings.

“Following up on my campaign promise to be available to all islands, I’m especially excited to travel to Orcas and Lopez to hear what matters to you,” said McVeigh.

• Saturday, Sept. 20, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; Orcas Center.

• Saturday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; Lopez Library.
