New free library in Eastsound

There is a new library on Haven Road across from the Odd Fellows Hall.
Spring Street School senior Henry Miller, who lives on Orcas, built the library with recycled materials.
The library is registered with Little Free Library, a non-profit that has more than 75,000 members in 88 countries. All are invited to come borrow or drop off a book.
