A discussion on community and choice as we age

Join the Orcas Senior Center on Monday, Sept. 25 for a live streaming event with Dr. Atul Gawande, author of “Being Mortal: Medicine and What Matters in the End;” co-hosted by Lahari and the Orcas Senior Center. The event will begin at 1:45 p.m. with an introductory presentation highlighting Orcas programs serving residents at home, live streaming will be from 2-3 p.m., concluding with group discussion and refreshments from 3-4 p.m. Everyone is welcome to this free event.
