Happy Thanksgiving from the mayor | Letter

As Thanksgiving and the festive month following draws near, I wanted to extend holiday greetings to all. Personally, I am thankful that there are impressive new-design crosswalks on Main Street. The wide stripes make for a kind of Abbey Road feel (If that reference is too obscure for you, ask your mother).
I am also thankful to all the friendly citizens who continue to regularly offer me greetings as I take my daily walks through town. A month from now, I hope to be thankful to anyone who is thoughtful enough to provide a dog cookie for good dogs they encounter.
