CenturyLink to look at service adjustments | Letter

Because of the recent outage caused by the undersea fiber optic cable cut, CenturyLink is actively working on a solution for out of service adjustments.  We know and understand that the outage was a hardship for all impacted customers in the San Juan Islands, and we appreciate your patience while we consider all options and formulate a plan.  We will continue to communicate our progress.
