Tonight could be first snowfall

That cold blue sky smothered in grey clouds may foretell a frosty white weekend for Orcas Island, weather forecasters are saying.

Wunderground.com predicts showers mixed with snow after midnight tonight along with temperatures in the 30s, but the snow is not expected to accumulate. On Friday snow or showers are expected, with lows in the 20s or low 30s. There could be snow again on Sunday, but temperatures are expected to warm into the 40s after that.
