Henry Meinhardt Moe was the youngest runner in the “Orcas Island 25k Race” in Moran State Park hosted by Rainshadow Running on Jan. 31. He is pictured with his fellow young runners Millie Kau and Olivia Brunner-Gaydos and Julie Brunner. All three students are 14, but Moe is youngest by a few months. They finished in four hours and 10 minutes. Hundreds of athletes come to the island to compete in the trail running event.
