The San Juan County Land Bank Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Friday, Oct. 10 in the Hotel Dining Room, Orcas Hotel, 8 Orcas Hill Road, Orcas Island (next to the ferry landing). The meeting begins at 10 a.m.

A Public Hearing to consider adoption of the Revised Draft Turtleback Mountain Preserve Stewardship and Management Plan. Public comment time is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Public testimony will be heard.

General public comment time is scheduled for 11 a.m.
