The Orcas Island Education Foundation is throwing a barbecue and you are all invited! This family friendly event will be Sunday, May 22 from 2p to 5p at the Orcas Winery. There will be activities for kids provided by AOK (Art for Orcas Kids) and Farm to Classroom. We will be grilling burgers, dogs, veggie options, and serving it with a side salad. Delicious Orcas Winery wine will be available for purchase. And what barbecue would be complete without music! The Swellz will be performing live: Mary Wachter (fiddle, guitar, vocals), Danny Herasymchuck (guitar, banjo, vocals), Armando Arguello (double bass and vocals), and Jonny Chavez (Percussion).
