Rainey Rierden accepted into Anacortes Arts Festival

The acrylic work of young Orcas Island artist Rainey Rierden has been accepted into the “Emerging Artists” category of the Anacortes Arts Festival, which is Aug. 3-5.
Rierden will be a 9th-grade student at the Orcas public school this fall.
