This summer Orcas Island Children’s House invites families to use its infant room on a drop-in basis for one to four hours.

Children’s House, a licensed early learning childhood center, provides working families with an education-oriented pre-school for their young children. Established in 1969, Children’s House is the oldest preschool on the island and the only school on Orcas providing care for infants through six-year-olds.

Interested families can contact director Jana Albright at 376-4744 to set up an appointment to tour the school and meet the infant room teacher.
