Nibler named winner of 15th Annual Bill Yarlott Kids Fishing Derby

More than 30 kids cast their lines in the water at the 15th Annual Bill Yarlott Kids Fishing Derby.

The overall winner was Makalia Nibler.

All of the fishermen received a prize for their efforts thanks to Eastsound Sporting Goods, Island Hardware,

Kings Market and the Friends of Moran State Park. The fishing was described as outstanding and many 12 to 16-inch rainbow trout were caught.
