Did you hear what’s new on Orcas Island this year?

The Holiday elves are collecting LETTERS FOR SANTA in Eastsound!

A mailbox will be placed soon in the center of the Labyrinth at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church in town!

This is a no-fuss operation. Just write a simple note to Santa this year, asking for one or two items. Place it in an envelope with your return address clearly printed outside. No stamp is necessary.

I have heard from some of the elves that they DO like when you draw a little picture in the corner of the envelope where the stamp usually goes. Candy canes are popular!

Each child will receive a letter from the North Pole when the holiday is upon us to certify that Santa has received & read their letter! Cool as SNOW!

The Santa Brigade from Emmanuel Episcopal church is organizing this effort. Just drop your letter in the box in the center of the labyrinth during the day and early evening. They will take care of the rest.

Easy-peasy!

Holiday cheer from Ruby (and Rudolph)!
