Christian school welcomes two new teachers

The Orcas Christian School has hired new teachers for the 2017-2018 year. Stacey Kemmerer, from Mt. Jackson, Virginia, will teach grades 4-6 and Angie Millen, from Luray, Virginia, will instruct grades 1-3. Since 1999, Kemmerer has been leading out in classrooms, including tenure as a teaching principal in Tillamook, Oregon. Millen graduated with a master of Arts from La Sierra University and has taught since 2007 in K-8th-grades. Millen and Kemmerer will be moving to Orcas this summer with their families.
