2011 Orcas Chamber Fourth of July parade: slideshow

“Celebrate the Arts” was the theme for the 2011 annual Chamber of Commerce parade on July 2. Frank and Jan Loudin were the grand marshals.

Floats included plenty of patriotic colors, music and enthusiasm. An assortment of American flags from the nation’s history added an educational touch.

April the cow was crowned the winner of the 2011 Eastsound Mayor race.
