Former Orcas doctor Stan Williams passes away

Stan Williams died on Sunday, Jan. 16 in Spokane, Wash.
Stan had been in ICU since Monday. He had massive heart failure.
He was surrounded by his family at his passing, with his mother on one side and his son on the other.
