Rain Forces Schedule Revision for Orcas Chipsealing

The San Juan Public Works department reports that chipsealing work on Orcas got underway on schedule Monday, May 12, but because of the rain on Tuesday, the schedule has been revised. Chipsealing cannot be done in the rain.
