Back by popular demand, Red Rabbit Farm’s Christina Orchid will be repeating her popular seafood demonstration on Feb. 10 from 3–6 p.m. Orchid will demonstrate how to create hearty dishes of winter, featuring two stews, soup stock, three classic soup styles, elegant purees and more on Feb. 17.

Both classes are $65 per person or $100 per couple, and tickets are available at Darvill’s Bookstore or the Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce office.
