Baseball is a game played by strong men and woman using heavy bats and extremely hard and unforgiving baseballs. To be hit by a baseball can be deadly, and at the very least painful.

For decades, Orcas baseball has been launching fowl balls on sharp trajectories towards the unsuspecting softball fans. We have been extremely lucky so far. Please donate your time and resources to the Orcas Parks and Rec department to ensure a higher net or fence is in place for next season.

These young athletes work tremendously hard at their sport, and for a life-changing event to occur could become catastrophic and life changing for the youth in our community.
