SeaDoc’s marine lecture series now on YouTube

SeaDoc Society's Marine Lectures are now available for viewing on YouTube.com. "Teaching 100 people about our exciting undersea world is cool," said SeaDoc communications director Joe Thoron. "Sharing it with thousands of others is off the chain! This year we're having our Marine Science Lecture Series professionally taped and the first lecture, by Karin Miller, is up on our website and on YouTube."

SeaDoc Society’s Marine Lectures are now available for viewing online.

“Teaching 100 people about our exciting undersea world is cool,” said SeaDoc communications director Joe Thoron, “but now we can reach thousands. This year we’re having our Marine Science Lecture Series professionally taped and the first lecture, by Karin Miller, is up on our website and on YouTube.”

The first lecture, given in October on nudibranchs by Karin Miller, can be viewed here.

Thoron said Miller’s talk was “a great introduction to the wild world of nudibranchs, colorful sea slugs that help make the Salish Sea a world-famous SCUBA diving destination.”

Future lectures will be posted as they are presented.
