Emmanuel Episcopal Parish invites you to join them for the Brown Bag Concert at noon on Wednesday, August 17.

Almost classical is a trio of young ladies from Orcas who love making music. Lisa Carter on the Celtic Harp and piano, and Emy Carter and Paris Wilson on violin, are a classically trained pop trio whose music appeals to every one. The group has performed at the San Juan County Fair and several other community events on Orcas Island and the mainland. The girls received superior ratings at Northwest Washington music contest and in 2014 won the island wide Orcas Has Talent show.

Lisa and Emy study at the Biola Music Conservatory in Los Angeles and Paris attends Orcas Island High School. After the concert, enjoy your brown bag lunch in the beautiful church gardens. The music committee does not charge for the concerts but donations are encouraged to fund the Virgil Cleveland Memorial Scholarship to help local music students attend music camp.
