The Visual Arts Committee is pleased to announce the 2025 exhibits at Orcas Center. Full descriptions of shows and themes are available at www.OrcasCenter.org. We are thrilled to welcome featured artists Peter Olesen, Peter Fisher, Zoe Osenbach, David Densmore, Alexis Bouchard and a special group show with Kathy Youngren, Mary Jane Elgin and Susan Singleton.
Community shows include Textiles (February), Elements (March), Orcas Retrospectives (May), Botanicals (June), Movement (September) and The Art of Recycling (October). Orcas Center’s community art shows offer a rare opportunity for artists of all genres and skill levels to come together under one roof to showcase and celebrate local talent. Whether you’re a student (of any age), hobbyist or professional, all are welcome.
Join us for the first Art Show of 2025 on Friday, Jan. 17, at 5:30 p.m., showcasing the art of our dedicated Visual Arts Committee who volunteer their time and expertise to create exhibits and opportunities for visual artists on Orcas.
