Wolf Hollow benefit dinner a success | Letter

As many of you may know, March 5 was an exciting date for both Wolf Hollow and for Cafe Olga.

For my senior project, I organized and cooked a benefit dinner for Wolf Hollow. The dinner was very successful and raised over $1200 for Wolf Hollow. Thank you to all who came and showed support, and of course ate the food.  I would also like to extend my gratitude to Bobby Olmsted and Bev Simko, the owners of Cafe Olga. Bobby and Bev made this entire project possible and were very generous in that they donated the cost of the food for no charge to me.  Sue Rowland and Carol Anderson are very much appreciated for their volunteering in waiting tables. Thanks to Miles McCloskey who helped with the preparation of first course and desserts. Jan Murphy provided all the information about Wolf Hollow at the dinner, and received the profits. Also thank you to The Nest, Darvill’s Bookstore and Suzie’s Barbershop for selling tickets. This was a great dinner and I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did.  Thank you.
