The Port of Orcas will hold a public hearing to consider and adopt the general fund and capital projects fund budgets for 2020 as part of their regular scheduled meeting on Nov. 14, at 4:30 p.m. in the terminal conference room at the Orcas Island Airport, 147 Schoen Ln., Eastsound.
