Hughes to lead end of year community meeting

San Juan County Councilman Rick Hughes will be holding an end-of-the-year informational session about the county’s latest projects and accomplishments. All are invited to the Orcas Senior Center on Monday, Dec. 17, from 6-8 p.m.
