On Sept. 11, I was stopped very abruptly, pulled away from my “honey-do list,” and put very much “in the moment.”

I have fallen off my roof and am currently paralyzed from the waist down.

I’m reminded of how love and support have been offered up by my community and creator. This is a very humbling experience, and at the same time, very exhilarating, as I have been slowed down enough to see in all of it, the manifestation of the creator in its myriad forms of expression. Thank you all for your kindness and support.
