OPALCO reports that the Bonneville Power Administration’s 115 Kv cable, which provides power to all of Lopez and San Juan Island, has tripped out and both islands are without power.

At around 2:30 OPALCO will be turning off power to its entire system in order to get Lopez and San Juan back up and running. The power will be out for about 20 minutes.
