Orcas celebrates a COVID-safe Halloween

Following safety guidelines, trick-or-treaters enjoyed parading through Eastsound on Oct. 31.
Earlier in the day, the witches of Orcas jumped on paddleboards and traveled from West Beach to East Sound.
