Hazardous waste round-ups soon

San Juan County Public Works has scheduled this year’s hazardous waste round-up events:

San Juan –  Saturday, April 21, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the solid waste facility.

Orcas Island –  Saturday, May 5, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the solid waste facility.

Lopez Island – Sunday, May 6, noon to 3 p.m. at the solid waste facility.
