Port of Orcas appoints Dave Noneman as new commissioner

The Port of Orcas board of commissioners has selected Dave Noneman to fill board position #2, recently vacated by Garth Eimers.

The board interviewed candidates during an executive session at its Dec. 9 public meeting, and public vote confirmed Noneman for the position.
