Sports physicals and well child screening available

Sports Physicals and Well Child Health Screening clinics conducted by County Health Officer, Frank James, M. D. and the public health staff of the San Juan County Health Department are scheduled for Aug. 13 and Sept. 3 at the Public Health Office in Friday Harbor.

A special fee of $40 or a current medical coupon is requested for the examination and the cost will be $15 for each school entry immunization for needed. A sliding fee scale is available. More information and appointments are available by calling 378-4474.
