Ticketing required to attend home basketball games

by Kate Long and the Viking team

In an effort to keep sports safe for student-athletes and fans, everyone will need a ticket for entry to all home basketball games through Hometown Ticketing. This will allow the school to track both the number of people in the gym, as well as who is in the gym. It also provides a contactless and cashless transaction option.

Tickets will be released two days before each game with an allotment of tickets for each seating section: home adults ($6), home child ($4), away adults ($6), away child ($4) and students. Athletes participating in a game that day do not need a ticket since they are listed on the athlete roster. Some tickets will be available at the door if the game has not sold out. Booster Blue & Business Members look for instructions and a promo code in a separate email. Game schedules are also available at www.orcasvikings.com; check frequently as the times and sometimes days change. Thank you in advance for your patience as we help roll out this new system. Go Vikings!
