I have so much to be thankful for. Nearly 68 years years married to Fred Nicol who died peacefully in his sleep at age 91. Thankful that three of our five children were with him at the end. Thankful for Molly Roberts who eased our way through the last few days. Thankful for the caring people at hospice. Thankful for Dr. Geifer’s house call; for his brother Jim who visited every day. Thankful for friends who can and kept him in touch with the outside world, and lastly, thankful for the cards, flowers, and expressions of sympathy from so many people. I am truly thankful.
