We are lucky to have Richard Fralick willing to run for County Council! The job that this position entails is so tremendous that it’s a wonder any one wants to take it on. Yet we all know that some one has to do it.

Sorry to others that we will be taking a very desirable person away from other organizations that have benefited greatly from his participation, his track record of his involvement in our community and county is admirable.
