Lillian May Rouleau | Passages

August 22, 1933 – December 22, 2024

Lillian May Rouleau age 91 passed away on December 22, 2024 at the Mt. Baker Care Center in Bellingham, Washington. She was born in Bellingham to parents Vert & Elizabeth Eason on August 22, 1933. She is survived by her children Frank Jr. and his wife Marlene, Tony, and Karen and her husband Jim, her Granddaughter Tina and her husband Danny, great grandchildren Owen and Walker, and her sister Verta Hudak.

Lillian grew up at Lake Whatcom near Bellingham, Washington where she was a lifeguard and enjoyed being with her siblings around the lake. She was later married to Frank Rouleau Sr. after meeting for a blind date set up by her sister and his brother in 1950. Together they moved to Maple Falls, started their family and later moved to Orcas Island where she raised her children and worked in the real estate industry, ran a liquor store and was a bookkeeper at Island Hardware for many years. She adored her family, pets, clam digging around the islands, baking, gardening with Tony and watching the birds in her garden Tony designed for her.

Anyone who knew her would know she was a kind and sweet woman who loved her grandkids and later her great grandchildren. She was always happiest with her family by her side. Services to be determined at a later date.
