The teachers of Orcas Island Children’s House will be hosting their Annual Yard and Bake sale at the school from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 25. Funds from the sale will be used for materials to expand the program for the toddlers and preschool children.

Children’s House will accept donated items through Aug. 24 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. They are unable to accept heavy or large items ahead of time, but donors can bring large items the day of the sale if they agree to remove unsold large items the same day.  For more info, contact Mary Carol Britt at 360-5999.
