The “Wood N Things” art exhibit is being held at Orcas Center from Oct. 2 through Oct. 27. It will feature the multidiscipline works of more than a dozen of Orcas Island’s woodworking artists and craftsmen.

Among those featured are Bill Dean, Hal Ross, Jonathan Loop, Dale Heisinger, and Don Pencil.

Disciplines represented include woodturning, custom furniture, sculpture and carving, custom cabinetry, architecture, and boat building. Many of the artists will be displaying story boards giving a chronology of their work on display.

A reception will be held on Oct. 2 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
