Beginning Thursday, Aug. 7 through Sunday, Aug. 10, the annual Doe Bay Fest will take place on Orcas Island.  Customers can expect increased traffic from Anacortes to Orcas due to this event.  On Thursday and Friday, Aug. 7 and 8, the 6:45 p.m. sailing from Anacortes will make an unscheduled stop at Orcas to alleviate extra traffic. This will delay the Hyak’s 8:20 p.m. arrival in Anacortes by approximately 40 minutes and the 9 p.m. departure from Anacortes by approximately 20 minutes.
