The Orcas Island Garden Club will meet at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 15 in the Madrona Room of the Orcas Center. Geologist Julia Turney will talk about rain gardens as a natural way to contain, treat and infiltrate surface water runoff and improve water quality.
