Presentation of spirituality and end-of-life care

The Hospice Foundation of America’s 18th Annual National Bereavement Program, “Spirituality and End-of-Life Care,” will be shown at the Orcas Adventist Fellowship Chapel, 107 Enchanted Forest Road, from 2 to 5 p.m. on April 30.

This presentation, moderated by Frank Sesno, Director of the School of Media and Public Affairs at The George Washington University, will provide an educational forum in which a multidisciplinary panel of experts will discuss differences between spirituality and religion, while also addressing spirituality during illness, death and grief; spiritual assessment and empowerment, and life review.  No charge for attendance, all are welcome.

Continuing Education credits are available for a wide range of professions through HFA.
