The Port of Orcas will hold a special meeting on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 4:30 p.m.

The commission will meet in executive session to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment and to review the performance of a public employee. Before convening in executive session, the presiding officer of a governing body shall publicly announce the purpose for excluding the public from the meeting place, and the time when the executive session will be concluded.
